Polrudden Guest House, is situated near the town centre, is directly below the golf course and next door to the sports centre. The location is very peaceful with excellent views over the Cathedral and town and Wideford Hill depending on which room you are in. A ten minute walk will take you to the centre and to the ferry terminals serving the North Isles. A large private car park is available for guest use.

Local talk is of an otter colony residing only 150 metres from the house, a patient eye might catch a glimpse of these captivating animals, look out for the "Beware otters crossing" road signs! Information available on all local tour itineraries and activities is available in our dining room.

All rooms are en-suite with tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV, hair driers and shoe cleaning facilities. Rooms are large and airy with a Norwegian feel to the decor. We have 5 twin rooms and 2 double/family rooms. Ground floor rooms are available for those who find stairs difficult. Be sure to mention this to Linda when booking.
