Pilgrims Rest
Pilgrims Rest is a lovely comfortable family home (around 600 years old) in an enclosed courtyard with a patio and private parking. It has a relaxed peaceful atmosphere for you to unwind. We offer excellent fresh home cooked food all locally sourced withh vegetarian needs being catered for (prior notice required). In summer we offer food in the garden under the gazebo.

We will do our very best to make your stay with us a memorable one, ensuring you will want to return. It is situated in the heart of this lovely village, convenient for both shrines and churches, also the abbey grounds. Pilgrims Rest overlooks the pump square.

Walsingham has 11 designated walks around the village and is an ideal centre for walkers,golfers bird watchers and cyclists and all wishing to enjoy the unspoilt countryside.

Our policy is to treat guests as we would like to be treated when staying away. We run to a high standard of clenliness throughout the house with comfortable beds, freshley laundered sheets and duvets. Fresh cooked locally sourced food.

I had a lovely stay in the Pilgrim's rest in Walsingham.Wendy was very welcoming and cooked a lovely breakfast. She also helped with transport queries.

A little oasis in historic Walsingham. Just 2 mins from the Anglican Shrine. We were made most welcome. Wendy and John are the perfect hosts. We strongly recommend Pilgrims Rest and would stay again if ever in the area.
