The Phoenix Guest House is a small, friendly centrally located hotel offering bed and breakfast in Blackpool, and en-suite accommodation with sea views.
Our popular North Central location means that we are less than a 5 minute walk from Blackpool’s Town Centre, the North Pier & Family Bar, Blackpool Train Station (North Shore/Central), the Central Bus Station (Talbot Rd), and secure parking facilities @ £16.00 per week.
We are also only 10 minutes walk from most main attractions, including theatres, clubs, cinemas, central pier, Blackpool Tower and Winter Gardens, and it is only a short tram ride to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park & South Pier on the South Shore
Although we don't have an evening curfew, we are not the type of Guest House that caters for party people.

When leaving the station follow the signs for the Promenade/Town Centre. Turn right at Dickson Road, besides ‘Wilkinson's Store’, and continue past 'Funny Girls' for 300 yards, and Cocker Street is located on the left after the ‘Duke of York PH’.
Bus - Talbot Road Station
Leave the depot and cross the road towards the ‘Wilkinson's Store’ opposite. Continue along Dickson Road, past 'Funny Girls' for 300 yards, and Cocker Street is located on the left after the ‘Duke of York PH’. National Express - Drop-off has now relocated to the Central Car Park in the Town Centre.
Road - M55
Leave the Motorway at Junction 4 for 'North Shore' and follow the signs to the Town Centre. Continue to the Promenade, and turn right past North Pier/Tower and the 'Metropole Hotel' on the sea front. Cocker Street is the 3rd right turn from the North Pier / Metropole Hotel
