Had everything we want from a B&B, warm, clean, comfortable, gorgeous breakfast, freedom to come and go with own key, friendly staff without being intrusive. Lovely eclectic house, great for anyone who prefers interesting. Kettle, tea, coffee provided in rooms. Very close to all that St Agnes offers, quiet although close to road. Will be back again.

Penkerris is a charming unique place to stay. The staff and accommodations were great. Lots of information available for local travel and attractions. I was travelling with my three children age 2,5,7. We were made to feel at home and the children enjoyed the beautiful garden grounds. The outside and inside toys were a treat for the children to use. I would recommend to friends. St Agnes has lots of great places to explore. With the most amazing pristine beaches around.

We have now stayed here many times and always have found is welcoming and friendly. Will come again. We both love the eclectic feel of this Edwardian building full of period furniture which adds to the pleasure of the visit.

We had a wonderful stay in this ancient house which is so full of character. We were made to feel very welcome and were very comfortable. A great deal of local information was available which helped us to enjoy this very historic part of Cornwall. Will definately come again

Fairly basic accomodation, the whole house needs updating.
