In an ideal location in the heart of England and the picturesque village of West Haddon, just 4 miles from the M1 motorway, junction 18 and a Central trains station. Exceptional stately homes and glorious gardens are just a few minutes drive.
Pear Trees is full of original oak beams and character with many interesting features such as the ancient flagstones in the reception hall, the sitting room with its large marble fireplace where logs burn in winter, the dinning room with original window shutters, the old Aga in the kitchen that is used for all cooking and the utility room where there is even an ancient water well and pump!
Each bedroom has at least one original oak beam and most overlook the well-stocked walled garden and have either en-suite or private facilities. All are equipped with colour television, clock, radio, alarm, hairdryer, tea and coffee.
