All 10 rooms are individually and tastefully furnished rooms, Non-Smoking, en-suite and with all the facilities you would expect as well as a few extras! FREE Broadband internet and individual email facilities to all rooms as well as FREEVIEW television and radio channels. NO EXTRA CHARGES for these services, NO COMPUTER REQUIRED. We have a selection of rooms to choose from 5 superior and 5 standard; all rooms are named after beaches in Torbay. Some of the superior rooms have super-sized beds - we even have a 7 foot bed! Choose from Bed & Breakfast or Dinner Bed & Breakfast.
ABOUT US:
We do NOT have facilites for babies, children, teenagers, or stag and hen groups! We like you to enjoy your stay with us - many of guests return time and time again.
We are ideally situated for the harbour, beach, conference centre,town centre as well as the Princess Theatre.
Our rooms are located over 3 floors, with one ground floor room. PHoliday and business guests are assured of a warm welcome and a pleasant stay at The Patricia.We offer discounts for 3, 4 and 7 night stays.

Tea and coffee facilities, trouser press, hairdryer, radio alarm clock colour TV as well as a few extras are in every room. We also have an ironing room, which is equipped with a steam iron and a sewing basket! You can also relax in our lovely bar/lounge before going out for the evening.
A traditional English cooked breakfast or a choice from our alternative menu is served at individual tables in our light and airy dining room.
Check in time is between 15:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs Check out time is 10.00am. You may, however, leave your luggage before and after these times.

Take the M5 from Exeter following signs for Torquay. Then the A380 into Torquay, following signs for seafront. At seafront turn left, keeping in the l/h lane, first left into Belgrave Road, we are 5 hotels on the left after the first set of traffic lights..
