The Park Hotel is an East Anglian Hotel located within walking distance of the town centre. Diss is a thriving market town, combining historic and modern living. The famous Mere, said to be one of the deepest lakes in England, attracts many visitors. Diss is centrally located in the beautiful East Anglian countryside, between Norwich & Ipswich, making it an ideal base for exploring the many attractions in the region.
The Park Hotel offers 19 en-suite bedrooms, all with colour television, direct dial telephone, hairdryers, ironing facilities, CD player, radio alarm clock, free wi-fi connection, room service & hospitality trays. Also included in your stay is the free use of the local leisure centre a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. We have 3 ground floor rooms which would suit limited mobile people, with wheelchair friendly ramps into the hotel, restaurant and access to ground floor toilets.
On Sunday lunchtimes the Carvery is very popular, with its selection of the choicest cuts of meat, you can choose from a range of meats and trimmings to suit appetite!
Private/syndicate rooms are available for special occasions, times that demand a setting of distinction and exclusivity, a small private sitting room for six to ten people to relax in comfort and style, for quiet family dinners, luncheon parties or for business dinners.
As well as a well balanced wine list, we offer a choice of real ales, draught lagers, a good range of quality soft drinks as well as the usual premium spirits. We also have a range of speciality coffee & teas as well as delicious mulled wine in winter & Pimm's in summer.
