A 3 star B&B hotel which is very centrally situated and doesn't cost a fortune. Elegant surroundings in a Georgian Town House built by John Wood in the 1740's. Would you prefer not to walk more than one minute to the Roman Baths or three minutes to bus/railway stations? Can you manage without a lift or porter? All rooms have TV's, tea & coffee and are freshly finished in crisp white linen. Four posters may vary.
We offer great value for money for those people wanting Bed & Breakfast Hotels at budget accommodation prices with good, clean rooms in the heart of the city. We are similarly priced to many a Guest House less favourably positioned and are the nearest Bed and Breakfast Accommodation to the Bath Abbey and the Tourist Information Centre. To maintain these prices we operate as a B & B and include a continental breakfast and therefore do not have hotel services.
The Parade Park is situated in the heart of Bath overlooking Parade Gardens and with views towards Bath Abbey. This Georgian Town House has maintained many original features.

There are numerous other architectural and historical delights within easy walking distance. The Royal Crescent, Assembly Rooms and The Circus to name but a few. Bath's internationally renowned shopping centre boasts unique specialist shops. One of the delights of this World Heritage City are the various street performers seen all year round.
