Orchy Bank
A quiet, traditional Scottish Guest House, off the main road, built in 1881 on the banks of the River Orchy with a half acre garden running down to an old stone river bridge built in 1780.

The house was originally built as a village shop/general store and bakery, remaining as a shop until the late 50's, and converted into a guest house in the 60's.

Good views of the River Orchy, Ben Lui or Ben Cruachan can be had from most bedrooms.

Parking space for 8 cars.
Pets are welcome.

The accommodation comprises 6 letting rooms: 2 singles, 2 twins, 2 double / family rooms (one family room for up to 4 persons and the other for up to 5 persons).

There are wash-hand basins, tea-making facilities, electric blankets and heaters in all the rooms.

Five toilets and four bathrooms, 3 fitted with showers, are available for guest use.

There is a large guest lounge (the old shop) with an open log fire, piano, television and small library of interesting books.

Excellent. John and Jinty were very welcoming and couldn't do more for us. Everything was beautiful. We stayed 3 nights and were sorry to leave. There were 4 of us - and we all wanted single rooms. They accomodated us and at no extra charge - we appreciated this very much since we are from a charity. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Sr.Susan
