Friendly family run guest house in the centre of Uttoxeter. Good quality, well equipped rooms with plenty of local amenities within easy walking distance. Uttoxeter town centre is within 200 yards, and just 6 miles from Alton Towers, which takes around 15 minutes by car. Uttoxeter racecourse is within walking distance. Only a few minutes walk from Uttoxeter Railway Station.
Also only 6 miles away from the new St. George's National Football centre.

Hotel Policies:
Oldroyd Guesthouse operates a 3 day cancellation policy. If you cancel or shorten your booking without adequate notice and we cannot re-let your room/s, you will be liable for the full amount of the booking and this will be charged to the card number supplied to us. No booking will be accepted without a valid credit/debit card number.
Payment is on arrival at the Guesthouse. Please be aware that Oldroyd Guesthouse may pre-authorise your card prior to your arrival.
Check in is between 2PM - 7pm.
Oldroyd Guesthouse accept pets at a charge of £10 per night, NO pet must be left alone in the room on their own.
Any damage or breakages to any of our property or belongings WILL be charged to the card number supplied to us WITHOUT notice and the receipts will be sent to you via post.
Oldroyd Guesthouse operates a strict NO SMOKING policy. Anybody that is known to have been smoking in their room will be charged for the expense of a thorough deep clean and the dry cleaning of curtains, duvets, pillows etc.
