Lovely Grade II listed cottage in a peaceful rural setting, yet only minutes from J30 M5/A30, Westpoint, Sandy Park Stadium,Sowton, Exeter Airport, Historic city of Exeter and Heritage Coastline. En route to Dartmoor and Cornwall.
Well appointed, comfortable, character bedrooms (2d/1s)with colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities. Guests have exclusive use of traditional bathroom, separate double shower room/wet room and lounge with lovely inglenook fireplace. Full English Aga cooked Breakfasts using fresh local produce.

Just returned from old kiddi cott. The owner (Carol) made us very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The aga cooked breakfast was delicious.10 out of 10.

Very welcoming, clean, comfortable and with a lovely hostess who took myself and friends to the local inn and made sure that we knew how to get home again. Basically this is a real gem and I can thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is considering staying in the vicinity.
