The Old Croft house is a Grade II listen georgian town house situated in the market town of kirkby Stephen in the beautiful Eden Valley. It is full of character and is somewhere a little bit special and different to stay. It has many unusual features with a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
This makes it an ideal retreat for walkers (especially for wainwrigths coast to coast), tourers, cyclist and for those just wanting a peaceful stay in this stunning area. This Ideal location is also close to the lake district, the Yorkshire Dales, the Pennines and is only a small step away from the Scottish border.
As you enter the house, you are welcome by a shining knight and the oak panelled hall leads you to the dining room and lounge where, in the winter, a warming open fire greets you. We really look forward to recieving you into the Old Croft House and will do everything we can to make your stay, however long or short, a relaxing and enjoyable one.
