Wow!!! Lovely self contained self catering flat available for the price of a weeks bed and breakfast. Two minutes from beautiful Southbourne beach this flat offers a double bedroom, kitchen area, conservatory, bathroom, small enclosed garden. Fully equipped, including washing machine/tumble dryer. £250pw includes all bills for 2 people in July. To avoid disappointment call today we are booking up fast!

We offer a comfortable, spacious flat at an affordable price. Buses, local shops close by. Beautiful beach. 3 miles to Bournemouth centre. Edge of the New Forest and close many local attractions. Lots of places to eat near to flat.

The garden flat was just perfect for our family of 4 (2 small children) and Christine and Noel made us feel weldome from the moment we arrived. 2 minutes from the sand on Southbourne Beach and every facility you can think of - even a washing machine, tumble dryer and our own garden. If you're going to self-cater in Southbourne the Newpoint Hotel is the place to stay.

It was very close to the sea front and also to a cash point, local convienience shop and take away shops - everything we needed. The hotel was very clean and homely. The staff and owners of the hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were able to use WI-FI with my laptop I had. Everything in whole was really good and I will definately choose this place to stay again. Thank you x
