Nanscawen Manor House Nr Eden Project, St Austell

Nanscawen Manor House is a delightful 5 star country house set in an idyllic location. Only 2 miles from The Eden Project, it stands in 5 acres of grounds & gardens with lovely views Southward over a valley. The elegantly furnished drawing room leads into the conservatory where breakfast is enjoyed.

The Rashleigh Suite is an extra large en-suite bedroom, with views of the garden to the south, west & east. This bedroom has
a English Oak carved and inlayed four poster bed with
a hand made Irish 6'x 6'mattress. The Rashleigh also
has a plasma TV and dvd player. The bathroom has a separate shower, bidet and long spa bath.

The Prideaux Suite is a luxury en-suite bedroom in the south wing of the house and has a four poster bed, with views of the garden to the south. The bathroom has separate shower and spa bath.

The Treffry suite is an elegant en-suite bedroom which a six foot double bed, (can be two single beds) with views of garden to the south & west. The bathroom has shower over a long spa bath.

Laura's room has views to the east over the garden, it’s like a page from the Laura Ashley design book with Provencale bed and matching furniture. The bathroom is large and airy with bath and shower attachment for washing hair but not a full shower.

You are welcome to enjoy the peaceful, tranquil beauty of the gardens. The large outdoor swimming pool is heated and has wonderful views to the south over unspoilt countryside. This is available from mid May through to mid September. Our guests may luxuriate in the hot spa tub, which is beside the pool and is heated to 97f, this is available in the summer months.
