Period guest house located 5 minutes on foot from the university of Oxford . Wide range and number of rooms . All rooms have private shower and toilet colour tv and tea set . All prices include full English breakfast and VAT . Single @ £30 per night , Double @ £40 per night , Twin single @ £40 per night , Family @ £60 per night , Triple @ £60 per night and Quadruple @ £80 per night . Private off street parking available .Large groups welcome . Earliest check in time is 2 pm . We require 24 hours notice to cancel .

The place is excellent value for money; it is far from perfect, but where else in Oxford can you stay 300 yards from the centre, with free secure car parking, clean sheets, clean towels, clean crockery and an excellent breakfast for £20 ppn? Yes, it's a bit shabby, and could do with a bit more hoovering but we would certainly return. Don't go expecting the moon and the stars when you're paying so little for it. Well done Nanford, and BOO to all thsoe who are ridiculously critical.
