Home from home . Very friendly and the best breakfast ever, highly recommended , if ever visiting burgess hill again the meadows would be the place for me .

this is a first class accommadation with Roy and Barbara spoilling you every time. you want for nothing the food is excellent together with the rooms very clean and you even have a lounge to relax in at the end of the day. I will reccommand this to all my friends.

The accomadation was excellent both Barbara and Roy made my stay very enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble for them. They both went the extra mile even showing me the place i was visiting and the shortest route to avoid the traffic. It was like living at home. Breakfasts were again excellent, A first class Bed and breakfast, it would even beat some hotels i have stayed in. I will recommand this accomadation to anyone.

My friend and I only spent one night at The Meadows, to attend a show in the area. Mr. and Mrs Sayers are delightful hosts, and meet you at the door with the offer of a cup of tea or coffee and then you are left to yourself unless you ask for their assistance. Breakfast is freshly cooked to your requirements and was substantial. The room was delightful and the shower a delight, as often you either freeze or scald with poor temperature control. I would recommend anyone to stay here and know they are most welcome.
