Maycroft
Maycroft is a pretty Victorian house set in a large garden at the top of Langton Village. Boasting 4 stars the house is in a quiet position and has magnificent views over the countryside and towards the sea at Swanage. It is very close to the South West Coastal Path and offers guests a comfortable base for walking or touring in the Isle of Purbeck.

The comfortable accommodation consists of three well appointed bedrooms. One double with ensuite bathroom and a further double and twin room sharing a large family bathroom. Either of these rooms can be let singly with a private bathroom. A full English breakfast is served or lighter alternatives. Vegetarians and Vegans catered for but prior notice appreciated.

There is ample parking for guest's cars in the driveway.

Directions:

To find Maycroft pass through Langton Village on the B3069. (two to three miles from the centre of Corfe Castle or Swanage). Turn into the Old Malthouse School at the top end of the village. Maycroft is the first house on the left as you pass through the school. Please drive up the drive round the back of the house.

The house is approximately 2.75 hours drive from London. The nearest railway station is at Wareham with a connecting bus to Swanage. The nearest coach station is in the centre of Poole with a connecting bus service to Swanage. The nearest airport is at Bournemouth.

Very co mfortable stay in well appointed house. Great breakfast and ideal spot for walking the South West Path. Will be back shortly

A lovely place to stay;very comfortable. Blankets and duvet a bit heavyweight. Luxurious ensuite bathroom. Good breakfast. But nowhere to eat in the villagre. Very pleasant hostess.

Nearby Attractions:

There is a friendly pub in the Village as well as a small General Store/Post Office – all within walking distance. Better selection of shops and facilities in Swanage or Corfe Castle.
