Marlborough Guest House is a pet friendly, family run Guest House situated right at the heart of Ilfracombe, a gem of a Victorian seaside resort which perfectly captures the atmosphere of a bygone age, and is an ideal centre for a weeks holiday as there are many attractions to suit all age groups.

Start the day with a freshly prepared full English breakfast before setting out to discover the unique attractions of this enchanting town. All meals prepared using fresh local produce as available and special diets, including vegetarian available by arrangement.

It was basic but very clean and the two chaps that run it couldn't have been more helpful, especially to my elderly mother. We didn't know, before we went, that the hill it was on was nearly perpendicular, which was a problem for my mother but they sorted that problem out. If the weather had been kinder we would have enjoyed our stay more.
