The 'Mansion House Scarborough' is a 5*****Star Silver Award Guest Accommodation and is superbly positioned on Scarborough's lovely Esplanade. Previously a Small Boutique Hotel the property is situated above the Spa and opposite the deightful Italian & Rose Gardens with breathtaking sea views across the Harbour and Scarboroughs South Bay. All Scarborough attractions are easily accessible and within walking distance, the cliff-lift is only a short walk away.
Elegant and beautifully restored the Mansion House Scarborough plays host to many returning guests and was recently featured in ITV's series of 'The Royal' There is unrestricted roadside parking outside the front of the property; parking vouchers and discs are also available. Relax in the comfort of our well appointed lounge where you can enjoy the peaceful, informal atmosphere whilst enjoying the breathtaking views of Scarborough and the South Bay. Free use of the hotel Wireless Broadband (Wi Fi) system is also available
Our wide range of bedrooms are all en-suite and have been very tastefully furnished,some also have sea-views. Guests can choose from three Premier Rooms which are truly luxurious, individually furnished and very spacious with beautiful sea views. All rooms have flat screen digital TV, with Freeview 80 Digital channels, Wireless Broadband (Wi Fi), DVD players, hairdryers, binoculars (Sea View Only), a comprehensive information folder and a selection of tea/coffee/chocolate and biscuits. Some rooms also have mini-bars. Travel cots and high-chairs are also available. Irons and ironing boards are available and valuables can be deposited in the hotel electronic safe.
A traditional English breakfast in served in the lovely Victorian dining room,.continental breakfast and other choices are also available for example, salmon, scrambled egg, fresh lemon and dill garnished with horse-radish sauce. We have a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and an honesty bar is available to guest at any time.

John Morgan Couple United Kingdom Stayed: 07/05/2011 - 09/05/2011	5 We were unable to stay at the Mansion House Scarborough due to illness and were unable to cancel until the day of the reservation. However, the Hotel as very kindly given a "voucher" for a future booking, to be taken before the end of the year. We will certainly add a guest review after we have taken up that reservation.

susan murphy United Kingdom Stayed: 31/07/2010 - 01/08/2010	10 i stayed for one night on saturday 31st July 2010 and cannot praise the warm welcome i received when i arrived and the room was out of this world. I was given a complimentary glass of wine on arrival. the bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. the breakfast was out of this world with so much variety. they also had your name card at your room number and my receipt was also on the table. i will definitely be staying there again very soon.

Couple United Kingdom Stayed: 17/05/2008 - 18/05/2008	10 Absolutely brilliant weekend! Hotel is beautifully decorated - first class. Staff are lovely and food was great too - cannot fault this hotel at all. Will defiantely be going back and will recommend to others!

Family Visit United Kingdom	10 Very stylish and well appointed. The hotel is lovely with some very nice touches. Wine on arrival, huge 40 inch flat screen and DVD, immaculate furnishings and superb food. Have already booked another visit.

Situated right on the South Cliff of Scarborough with wonderful views of the bay this beautifully furnished hotel is a gem. From the manicured gardens to being greeted with a glass of wine on arrival all the little touches the hotel provides made this short break a holiday to remember. In summary one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
Couple United Kingdom	10 An excellent and well run hotel. Lovely clean rooms with 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD with mini bar. Food outstanding both breakfast and evening dinners. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a superb location being right on South Cliff. Will definately receommend and hope to return later in the year.
