Lower Yelland Farm
Winner of Golden Achievement Award for Quality and Service. Ideal touring centre for exploring North Devon and Cornwall coasts and Exmoor. 16th century farmhouse on North Devon coast, quiet, not isolated,The farmhouse was built in 1658 and was modernised to a high standard in 2000. All rooms are en-suite, with colour TV and tea making facilities. There is a large lounge with TV, board games and Library. Ample parking is available in a private courtyard.



After a peaceful nights sleep and wonderful breakfast incl uding delicious homemade bread, jam and marmalade and fresh free range eggs from our rescue chickens served in our beautiful oak beamed lounge, you can enjoy a gentle stroll along the Tarka Trail (part of the S.W. Coastal Footpath) amongst many other things.
