Eden, Heligan and the North Coast is less than an hour away. Dartmoor, Plymouth, Looe and Tavistock 30 minutes away. The Tamar Valley where we are sited is an area of outstanding beauty.

Ideally situated for a holiday or short break in both counties with Eden, beaches and Marine Aquarium within easy reach. This superior accommodation for 4 has double and twin bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/diner, sun room and shower. Open all year, parking, garden, BBQ and laundry facilities. We regret no smoking or pets.
