Nr Bath Lorne House is nestled in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside in the village of Box.
This Bed and Breakfast offers guests a smart sophisticated place to stay, 5 star quality at 4 star prices.
Lorne House is also locally famous as childhood home of the Rev. W V Awdry, creator of The Three Railway Engines.

The Guests at Lorne House, have beautifully designed rooms each uniquely styled, all rooms are en-suite and have the benefit of a wet room shower whilst two rooms have a bath as well. The bedding is Egyptian cotton, whilst the carpets are Indian deep pile. All guests benefit from complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits and the use of a Wi-Fi connection. There is use of the proprietors Laundry upon request.

Travelling East on the A4. Lorne House is positioned 100mtrs after zebra crossing on left travelling from Bath adjacent to Box Surgery.
From The West on entering the village Lorne House is after the Doctors Surgery, almost opposite Bargates on the right.
The Bus stops are about 100m from the property towards Bath.
The trains stop at Chippenham and Bath Spa which are 6 miles 10km away there are Taxis at the stations.
