Loriston House
Loriston is a elegant award winning 5 star guest house, in a quiet area just 40 meters from the promenade and beach. The Loriston is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, Large superior rooms with side sea views. The Loriston has just been given a breakfast award. We have also been given a silver award

The Loriston Guest House is well situated for all amenities being only 40 meters from the promenade and beach walking distance to all amenities.

All bedrooms are non-smoking and individually designed with flat screen tvs, good quality beds and furnishings. large fluffy towels, hairdryers, bath robes, ironing facillities and much more.

You can check in between 4pm -6pm, if you are going to arrive later please let us know. Check out on day of departure 10.30am.

Booking Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of the first night wil be taken from your credit card should you cancel your reservation at any time from reciept of your confirmation

Full amount wil be payable, if you cancel your reservation, 14 days prior to arrival, and we are unable to re-let the room.

Directions:

By Rail:

Eastbourne has a regular train connection to London Victoria, Brighton and Hastings. The hotel is a 5-minute drive or 15-20 minutes walk away from the railway station.

By Road:
========
Junction 6 from M25, take the A22 straight through to Eastbourne or Junction 7 on M25 joins the M23 to Brighton, then the A27 to Lewes and then to Eastbourne. Follow the signs to the seafront. Approx 500 metres East of the Pier you will see two very large hotels, the York House Hotel and the East Beach Hotel - St Aubyns Road runs directly between the two - we are half way down on the right hand side.

This really is a fantastic guest house It deserves every one of it's 5 stars Patrick and Gwen are perfect hosts Breakfast was one of the best ( they do have a breakfast award ) The rooms very so lovely we did not want to leave Very unique guest house Free parking and only 40 meters to the beach, could not ask for more We will return

we had a great time Gwen and Patrick were wonderful. our room was beautiful and spotless.the breakfast's were good and entertaining with the other guests. we would stay there again. 5 stars!

I had an excellent stay here, the rooms were clean, nicely furnished, I had high speed internet access in my room, the breakfast was very good, with choice and the couple who run it made you feel welcome. I would defiantly return to this place and reccomend.
