Lodge Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast
Lodge Farmhouse lies in a superbly elevated rural position on the most southerly downland ridge in Wiltshire. This 4 star B&B has commanding views of perhaps 1000 sq miles of Southern England, from the Isle of Wight and the New Forest to Purbeck.

Your hosts, Janet and Michael Roe, will ensure comfortable bedrooms, a delicious breakfast and cheerful service that will set you up for whatever you choose to do in this captivating and unspoiled part of Wessex. They would be delighted to help you with suggestions of things to do and see as well as places to eat and drink. This is superb walking country, too, with many miles of droves and footpaths, not mention 1200 acres of nature reserves and our own SSSI. Come and explore.

Directions:

From Salisbury : Take the A354 (Blandford) and travel for 8 miles (13km) until joining a stretch of dual carriageway (4 lane highway). Turn right at the only crossroads ( for Broad Chalke). Travel for 1 mile up the hill. You will see our sign on the right, from which Lodge Farmhouse is 300 metres along a lane. It is clearly marked.

Only stayed 2 nights but wished we had more. Enjoyed the spacious room and little details esp fresh milk,biscuits & chocolates- breakfast excellent and hosts very friendly. Good, quiet location.
