Deposits and Cancellation Policy
We accept Sterling cash, cheques or traveller's cheques and all major credit cards, although a 5% surcharge will be charged on all credit card transactions. A deposit of the full amount for a one-night stay or 50% for longer stays will be required to reserve a room unless credit card details are supplied. We prefer either a Cheque or cash as a deposit, although a bank transfer is possible (but expensive if made in foreign currency), alternatively we will accept a credit card number to secure the booking, this will not be charged until your arrival. Please contact us to discuss the best and easiest alternatives. We will always endeavour to make a mutually straightforward arrangement, and various options are possible.
Our cancellation policy is a minimum of 72 hours notice before the arrival date, (not arrival time) for a full refund. Under 72 hours we will try to re-let the room. If we are successful we will refund the deposit. This period does not include the day of arrival - so for example our cancellation policy of '72 hours' means a reservation must be cancelled at least 72hrs before midnight of the day before arrival to avoid payment of a penalty. Failure to arrive will result in a no show charge being charged to your credit card up to the full cost of your booked stay.

Directions from M4 Junction 6: -
Follow duel carriageway towards Windsor to roundabout with traffic lights at the
end of this road, (ignore first left going off duel carriageway). Take 1st left at this roundabout into Clarence Road and follow to second set of traffic lights. Turn right into Alma road. About 150m on left is St Edwards church, next to the church is Langton House, Claremont Road runs between the church and Langton House.
