Knoll House is a peaceful oasis of traditional style, atmosphere, space and comfort, providing new and regular visitors a quality of amenities and service only associated with this type of country house hotel. A pet friendly Hotel on the south coast of England Knoll House enjoys a unique position on the Dorset coast with views over Studland Bay and its famous three mile beach. A traditional, family-run seaside hotel on the edge of the Jurassic Coast, we pride ourselves on a high standard of friendly cheerful service which caters to the needs of the whole family.
In the interests of child safety, general peace and to minimise your expenses, you will find we provide uncluttered bedrooms. Televisions can be hired and radios lent without charge.
Our amenities include a large television lounge, and early morning tea served by housekeeping staff if required.
Most double rooms have double beds. Family suites consist of two connecting bedrooms and a private bathroom. "A" outlook rooms face our outer gardens and grounds to the East or South, others face the large open courtyard or woods. Single rooms do not have "A" outlook. Our bedrooms are comfortable, and well proportioned.

Follow signs to Sandbanks for the chain ferry across the mouth of Poole Harbour; every 20 mins, 7a.m. - 11 p.m. - busy on sunny weekends.

Nearby Attractions:
Poole Harbour to the north and, to the south the Jurassic Coast, England's first Natural World Heritage Site. It has all been protected through centuries of private ownership, now reinforced by the National Trust and other conservation bodies. Beginning at the old town of Wareham, its centre is the historic stronghold of Corfe Castle. The downs lead east to white chalk cliffs and Purbeck's most dramatic scene - the three mile sweep of golden sand at Studland Bay.
