Kingston Country Courtyard
Kingston Country Courtyard gives you a taste of authentic farmstead life in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Situated in open countryside on a picturesque ridge amid the beautiful Purbeck Hills, it offers spectacular views stretching from historic Corfe Castle, across Swanage bay, to the distant shores of the Isle of Wight. Here is an opportunity to spend some time in one of the most beautiful parts of England, based either in self catering, or in Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Weddings accommodated in our Mediaeval Barn.

Furnished to a high standard and offering the comforts of modern living, they retain much of their original character and charm including a pulley wheel in The Granary. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation, a walking holiday or a convenient base for touring the Purbecks, Kingston Country Courtyard offers hospitality in the finest farmhouse tradition.

A tasteful conversion of an 18th century listed barn comprising a spacious, open plan apartment ideally suited to families. The main sleeping area contains a double bed and curtained stable divider. There is a sofa bed in the lounge, together with armchairs and colour TV, plus a childrens sleeping area above the hall and kitchen - accessible by loft ladder. A feature of the Granary is the original pulley wheel used to haul up sacks of grain for winter storage.

We are situated From Wareham, take the A351 towards Swanage. As you leave the village of Corfe Castle down a slight hill, turn right on to the B3069 - signposted Kingston and LangtonMatravers. Watch out for the Scott Arms pub on the right at the top of a steep hill. Bear sharp left and after about 1/4 mile you'll see a modern farm complex on the right. The entrance to Kingston Country Courtyard is on the Left.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. The room was ideal for myself and my dog who was also welcome. The breakfast was very hearty which set us up for a long walk in the beaufiful countryside surrounding the courtyard.

Absolutely beautiful location. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced, FANTASTIC breakfast. Nice clean rooms, plenty of space. Would have like a shower (it had a bath) but it was only 1 night and didn't matter really. Definately recommended.

It's a beautiful location, breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and tidy. However I was not provided with a towel or toiletries which I would have expected.
