Clean and tidy, but didn't feel very welcoming. Rooms and Breakfast were all good and location is excellent for town centre. I would stay again, but more for location than any other reason.

We received a warm welcome from Dave our host. Our room was charming, had everything you need, even a manicure set and toffee chocolate eclairs! Breakfast was superb, included fresh strawberries and full English and generous portions. Will definitely stay again.
