Kimberley Guest House, Penzance

Kimberley Guest House in Penzance Cornwall, is a large, comfortable family-run, three-storey Victorian villa in the centre of Penzance Cornwall. It is opposite Penlee Park and Gallery and two minutes from Penzance town centre. The Penzance seafront is at the bottom of the road. The guest house is entirely non-smoking and offers bed and breakfast throughout the year in a range of large, airy standard and en-suite rooms including single, twin, double and family. One of the rooms is a large, ground-floor ensuite twin.

All rooms have colour television, drink-making facilities and hairdryers. There are complimentary toiletries in all bathrooms. Guests are welcome to book in between 4pm and 7pm on day of arrival and are asked to leave by 10am on day of departure. Guests arriving for one night stays will be asked to pay on arrival. Please note that we accept cash or cheques (including travellers’ cheques) only. Breakfast is a choice of continental or full English, including a vegetarian version.

As you enter Penzance from the A30, follow the signs for the town centre. After passing the railway and bus stations on your left, keep in the left-hand lane - signed for Newlyn - and follow the seafront road past the marina, docks and open-air swimming pool. Carry along the Penzance promenade until you reach the Queen’s Hotel and turn right immediately before it into Morrab Road. Kimberley Guest House is two-thirds of the way up on the right, by the second pedestrian crossing. There is a small car park to the rear of the house but please come to the house before parking.
