Jo and Gary Briggs are the new proprieters. Since taking over ownership of Kilmorey Lodge, the Guest House has undergone substantial improvements during this period, ensuring it has been sympathetically refurbished.
Conveniently situated for easy access to the M53, M56, A55, Kilmorey Lodge offers the perfect location and easy motorway access for business travellers as well as families and couples wishing to explore Chester's famous attractions. We are also ideally located for those who wish to travel by train to Chester or explore nearby North Wales.
We are proud to offer our visitors comfortable accommodation in our well appointed en-suite rooms with the added benefit of free car parking, free wireless broadband and CCTV security.
For the larger family we can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children in our spacious family room.
Our double rooms are bright and comfortable situated to both the front and back of the property. We also offer a double room on ground floor level.
Our Four Poster Room is situated at the front of the property with the benefit of a large en-suite with shower, TV.
Our tariff includes a full English Breakfast, Vegeterian Breakfast on request. Our bedrooms are fully en-suite and non smoking for your comfort. Each bedroom has tea and coffee making facilities, LCD digital TV's, radio alarm clock and hairdryer.

In the event that you book accommodation but do not arrive, your credit or debit card will be charges in full, unless we can re-let your room. This charge will apply if you cancel within 48hours of your arrival.

From Junction 14, M56, take the M53 towards Chester, come off the M53 taking your 3rd exit under the fly over towards Hoole Road roundabout. Go straight across the roundabout onto Hoole Road. Landmarks to watch out for are playing fields on your left, followed by the Oaklands Hotel. Kilmorey Lodge can be found on the right handside, opposite All Saint's Church
By Train:
We are a 15 minute walk from Chester Train Station. From the front entrance of the station turn right and walk towards the steps leading onto Hoole Road. At the top of the steps turn right and walk along Hoole Road. You will pass a number of guesthouses and hotels. Landmarks to watch out for are HSBC Bank on your right. Continue walking for a further 5 minutes and you will find Kilmorey Lodge on your left hand side opposite All Saints Church.
