The Hall is situated in one and a half acres of glorious gardens and offers a heated outdoor swimming pool (May to mid Sept), tennis court and croquet lawn.
The property is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Kilham and surrounded by undulating farmland in the charming and largely undiscovered Yorkshire Wolds. Local sights include the magnificent Burton Agnes Hall, an Elizabethan masterpiece, Sledmere House and Scampston gardens whilst Flamborough Head and the coast are only 10 miles away and the historic cities of Beverley and York within easy driving distance.

OUR ROOMS
FAIRFAX: A classic 4 poster room with extra large king size bed. Silk drapes, sumptuous velvet throw and opulent cushions. Amenities include a seating area, large flat screen TV with freeview channels and DVD player, CD player with small CD library. En-suite with huge walk-in shower cubicle and rain shower, glass washstand luxurious travertine tiling and under-floor heating.
HAREWOOD: A beautiful junior suite with cool calming colours and contemporary king sized pencil 4 poster feature bed. Stylish silk curtains, extravagant cushions and complementing throw. Facilities include a seating area, large flat screen TV with freeview channels, DVD player, CD player with small CD library. The sensational en-suite bathroom offers a huge romantic freestanding contemporary whirlpool bath along with a funky washstand, separate shower cubicle with rain shower and under floor heating.
SLEDMERE: A contemporary suite with its own private exterior entrance situated by the pool as well as internal access from the main house. Separate dressing room area with feature spiral staircase leading to the bright double aspect bedroom which has a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool and croquet lawn. The room has a stunning king sized leather bed and soft leather sofa. Facilities include a large flat screen TV with freeview channels, DVD player, CD player with small CD library. The spacious bathroom has a romantic oversized air spar bath built for 2. In addition there is a separate shower cubicle with rain shower, luxurious travertine tiling and under floor heating. Furthermore the Sledmere has a dedicated outside seating area next to the pool. Regretfully this room is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
Thoughtful touches of luxury are all part of the Kilham Hall experience and each room offers a hot drinks tray, bottled mineral water, Egyptian cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, sumptuous bath robes and indulgent toiletries. In the Drawing room you can find a small CD library, up to date magazines, local history/interest/walking books and not to mention a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
