Kiddicott Farm
Kiddicott Farm is set in 55 acres of glorious East Devon Countryside. Situated to the East of the historic Roman Cathedral City of Exeter, famed for the Exeter Festival and underground passages. We are less than ten minutes from Junction 30 off the M5, the A30 and very close to Westpoint Exhibition Centre, Sandy Park Conference Centre, the Met Office, Winslade Park and surrounding Business Parks.

Kiddicott Farmhouse is traditionally spacious, giving guests their own dining room overlooking the gardens and orchard. All the bedrooms have rural views, with en-suite bathrooms together with all the usual complimentary comforts.

We have plenty of secure parking and can easily accommodate horse and boat trailers.
Restored to traditional pastures and meadows — deer, badger, fox and many native birds, including resident families of buzzards, sparrow hawk and kestrel delightfully grace us with their presence.

In particular, the elusive heron will often ‘stake out' our pond — a paradise in the busy world that we all live in, we defy anyone who visits not to leave Kiddicott Farm feeling restored in their faith of all ‘good things' and that the English Countryside truly is a National Treasure. Enjoy!

What a lovely weekend. Stayed there with Sister, Aunts and Uncle over Mum’s 70th birthday weekend, who lives nearby, but didn’t have room for everyone visiting. The surrounding area, whilst within 10 mins of Exeter, was absolutely stunning. The rooms and facilities were impeccably clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was hearty as well as delicious. Most of all the hospitality was superb, our hosts couldn't do enough for us to ensure everything was perfect with our stay. Hoping for another big party in Devon soon for another opportunity to stay. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Stayed for a couple of nights while working in Exeter. Really close to exeter and a few minutes from M5 (Jct 30) but feels like you are right out in the country, really is idyllic with great panorama views from the back of the house. I took a five minute walk through green fields to the local pub, and also enjoyed a beautiful country walk/run to the church at Clyst St Mary. The beach and cliffs at Exemouth are only about 15-20 minutes down the road past Topsham. I've eaten out in Topsham before and you're spoilt for choice, really quaint old fashioned place. Great hospitality, Christine is full of local knowledge and suggestions. I have stayed in the annexe and the main house before and both are really nice, modern and very spacious, the whole place has a great country feel to it. Cooked breakfast even sated my appetite, which is not an easy thing to do! Even though its a five hour drive from my office I look forward to going back again.

I stayed here while working at the Devon County Show at Westpoint around a mile away - I couldn't have chosen a better or nicer place, with a lovely room and bathroom to recover in after three very busy days! Christine is a wonderful host and very helpful, offering breakfast arrangements at unholy hours, including scrumptious bacon sandwiches! She even has a kitchen for guests to prepare a light supper in if, like I was, they are too tired to go out. Will definitely stay again.

As a business, we consider ourselves very fortunate to have Kiddicott Farm nearby. It's always our first choice for clients and colleagues staying overnight. Christine is the perfect host and makes her guests feel very welcome. The rooms are really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast never disappoints in the beautiful large dining room with wonderful views. A choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and fruit juice, followed by a full English breakfast with tea, coffee, toast and preserves. We always recommend Kiddicott Farm to friends and family too.

Nick and I were looking for a b&b for Nick's daughters wedding close to Lympstone. I came across this and thought we would love to stay here. On arriving we were welcomed into their home tea coffee and biscuits in our room- the grounds were amazing, our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Lovely views overlooking the approx 50 acres from our bedroom. The cooked breakfasts cooked by Christine was delicious and her and her husband are lovely people we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank them deeply for their hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble and we can't wait to stay again but will make it longer so we can enjoy the area.

Had a perfect weekend get away stay here whilst visiting the exe estuary and local reserves. It in an ideal central location to reach a number of bird reserves over a weekend. The place is lovely and clean, the breakfast is hearty (just what you need for a day of birding) and the welcoming service provided by Christine is second to none. I highly recommend this B&B.

Very close to Airport, Highway and MetOffice centre, the Kiddicott Farm is a friedly and very clean place where to stay for one or several nights. Foot tracks are at the end of the garden if you want to go and enjoy the Cornwall landscape.Christine will welcome you with a very hight quality of suggestions and advises.Breakfast are gorjouss and served with fresh fruit salad even in winter. The place is very calm, and you will also enjoy the King size beds and the wooden floors.Nevertheless, you need a car to reach this even...Fabrice, French visitor to MetOffice which is 10 minute drive.

What a find this delightful B & B turned out to be. Just off the motorway and so near to Commando Training Centre Royal Marines at Lympstone where we were visting for the weekend. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and shown to our room overlooking the beautiful garden in which we sat on an evening with our G & T. The rooms are nicely furnished with a good bathroom and shower. There is a very large guest lounge with TV/DVD etc and a kitchen with microwave, fridge, tea making facilities so we were able to have a meal in after a very hectic day at Commando Training Centre enabling us to watch television with our feet up. The cooked breakfast was excellent each day. Anyone visiting Lympstone could not find a better B & B in the area. Thank you for an excellent weekend. Hopefully we shall see you next year.

I recently visited exeter for the first time and was lucky enough to happen upon kiddicott farm b&b. I don't stay in b&b's often but if i did i would hope they were all like this, a nice family and great hostess, clean and comfortable rooms with en suite and lots of good food and all set in a peaceful and relaxing location, for me it doesn't get any better than that and i would recommend kiddicott farm as a great place to unwind and relax.

Previous bad experiences of B and B's were completely removed by a very clean and comfortable room with excellent views and in-room facilities, the breakfast proved to be excellent with a "hostess" who went the extra mile to ensure that all guest felt at home and especially welcome. Overall better than most of the hotels I have stayed in, in that I felt like a guest not a number. For me the whole experience was second to non. So thank you for a wonderful experience.

We recently visited our son at Lympstone, CTCRM and stayed at this wonderful B&B for the whole weekend, bringing our boy back for a night. It was so wonderful to have quality time with him and not having to drive anywhere, Kiddicott Farm was so comfy and peaceful that we stayed in chatting most of the time - real home-from-home. Just under 10 mins from the camp, will definitely be coming back.
