Kenilworth Guest House, Windermere

Kenilworth Guest House is a grand 4 star Victorian house built in 1896, and offers warm and welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation in the lake District town of Windermere. We are located in a quiet residential area only two minutes' walk to the local shops and cafes.
We have six guest bedrooms - all en-suite - and offer king-size double, double, twin, family and single rooms. All of the rooms have colour digital flat screen tv's, refreshmant tray, towels, hairdryer, alarm clock and wineglasses.
Unusually, we have retained our spacious ground floor guests' lounge with digital colour tv, DVD player and lots of maps and guides to help plan your stay with us.
Our hearty breakfasts and cooked to order and include locally made Cumberland sausage and free-range eggs delivered from the local farm. In addition there is a selection of cereals and grapefruit, fruit juice, tea, coffee or herbal infusions and a plentiful supply of fresh toast. Vegetarian and lighter alternatives are available of course, with all meat and non-meat items cooked and served separately.
We have some private parking and there is free parking on Holly Road. For everyone's safety and comfort there is no smoking allowed on the premises.
