Holkham Cottage
Holkham Cottage is a detached Edwardian house near to Royal Sandringham and the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Walking, birdwatching and a wealth of historic houses in the locality. Our house has been totally refurbished to a very high standard and offers homely comfortable accommodation for guests either for holidays or business purposes.

All rooms are ensuite with tea/coffee facilities, TV and many other extra personal touches. We have a lovely private garden for guest use with summerhouse and barbecue facilities.
We pride ourselves in sourcing local produce and serve a delicious four course breakfast. We also do home cooked traditional evening meals by prior arrangement - particularly in off peak periods. We can do special rates for long stays. We are happy to take well behaved dogs in our garden rooms!
We can also cater for small functions - we will do our best to cater for all your needs.

We had most enjoyable stay at Holkham Cottage. Wonderful breakfast from Leo. We were made really welcome and would certainly return.

We stayed overnight and will definitely be returning. The room was wonderful opening onto the lovely garden.Jane was incredibly helpful and a wonderful host. Many thanks.

Holkham Cottage in Dersingham was lovely. We took our Springer x Cocker Spaniel 'Sky' with us where we stayed in a large double room with an ensuite bathroom and doors which opened onto an enclosed garden. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was a good choice of food at breakfast which was also lovely. An ideal place to stay with or without a dog. We would definitely stay there again.

All very clean and tidy, food exceptionally good. All VG+. However, when I made my enquiry on the web was told tarrif was £28 pppn inc. breakfast but my charge on departure was £30 pppn. Didn't mind paying the extra £8.00 as I was quite satisfied with my stay.
