Holden House Guest House
Holden House is a friendly family run Bed and Breakfast/Guest House offering quality accommodation. It is a Grade II listed Georgian House on the banks of the river Trent and adjacent to the Trent/Mersey Canal system and the Shardlow Conservation Area.

Breakfast is served in our delightful 18th Century beamed ceiling Breakfast Room where we aim to serve an excellent home-cooked breakfast using fresh and local produce. Vegetarians and those on special diets are happily catered for.

We aim to give a high quality service to enable our guests to have an enjoyable stay, hoping that they will visit us time and time again.

The individually styled en-suite bedrooms offer a cosy comfortable stay with most rooms overlooking either the canal or the river Trent. The family room has beautiful views over the river Trent and fields looking towards Castle Donington.

It is just a short drive from Loughborough, Nottingham and Leicester.
