A working farm with Farmland to either side and friendly Shetland ponies in the paddock. Located in a small hilltop village, the bungalow is in an elevated position set back off the A40. There are panoramic views from various areas which include the Norman Castle at Llawhaden and Preseli Mountains to the North. The village has a lovely old Church, the fine 13th century tower dominates the landscape for miles around. A newsagents and petrol filling station is only 50 metres away. There are 2 country Inns, one to either side of the village.

Interesting literature and all available maps to help plan your outings.Please ask for card table, scrabble and bar skittles etc.Dining room with separate tables. Extensive breakfast menu of your choice, served at a time to suit your requirements. Vegetarian and healthy eating options available. Lighter snacks, refreshments available during the evening on request.
