As we are Highland Cottage our rooms are not intended to be the corporate hotel executive suite - nor would you expect them to be. They are, however, extremely well appointed, are very homely and we want you to wake up in a room which does not scream Hotel! at you.We have deliberately chosen to call this our Dining-room rather than use the "R" word. Why? Because we feel that, as a fine-dining establishment, it is where our guests will want to dine.
