The Heathmount Hotel, Inverness, Scotland, is today a friendly and stylish 3 star boutique hotel, formerly a Highland Inn dating from 1868. With a long tradition of warm Scottish hospitality extended to all its guests the hotel is situated in the upmarket residential Crown area of Inverness, the Highland capital. The Heathmount hotel is the setting for one of the most popular restaurants in Inverness and offers residents and non residents, extensive a la carte menus, which include the tastiest traditional Scottish dishes as well as imaginative vegetarian meals.

Our popular Inverness bar is always a fun place for an evening out and especially lively at weekends. Call in for a drink its a great place to socialise and make new friends.

WE WERE THERE FOR A WEEKEND BREAK AND CAN CONFIRM THAT FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVED TILL THE TIME WE LEFT WE WERE MADE VERY WELCOME AND AT HOME. THE BREAKFAST SELECTION IS VERY GOOD AND COOKED TO ORDER AND DIDNT HAVE LONG TO WAIT. EVENING DINNER WAS ALSO VERY GOOD AND GOOD CHOICE OF MENU. ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WITH TEA/COFFE AVAILABLE. BATHROOM/SHOWER ROOM WAS CLEAN AND EVEN HAD A TV IN SHOWER. WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMEND A STAY THERE AND WOUL NOT HESSITATE TO USE THE HEATHMOUNT HOTEL AGAIN. THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF FOR MAKING OUR STAY A BRIIL ONE.

The hotel is lovely! The decor throughout the hotel is so fresh and modern, we also had a meal in the hotel and the service was so efficient even though they were full. And the prices in the restaurant were really reasonable, our food was presented beautifully. THe only down side was the noise from the bar at night, my partner and I were leaving early in the morning so went to bed at about 12. the noise carried on for a while after this time so I would not recommend taking a young family to this hotel. The breakfast that is included in the price of the stay was also lovely and they had a good selection! Overall I really enjoyed the hotel, especially all the little things they have thought about in the rooms...toilitries, robes, slippers, shortbread, fresh fruit, dimmer lights...all lovely

Looks just ok from outside but what a revelation inside; very modern clean decor in the bar and dining areas. Bedroom was beautifully decorated , modern comfy four poster bed, bright clean ensuite. The staff were friendly, the food excellent and it was only about 3-4 minutes from the town centre. Brilliant hotel, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would reccommend it to any of my friends.

The Hotel is a pleasant stroll from the city centre, the theatre and historic Inverness Castle. Also close to excellent bus, coach and rail services, Inverness airport is just 8 miles.
