Harcourt Hotel, Ilfracombe. We offer guest accommodation with many of the features of a small hotel. Situated in Fore Street, the heart of Ilfracombe, we are in close proximity to all amenities, including the harbour, shops, sea front, bus station and theatre. We pride ourselves on a clean and friendly, home from home environment, but still provide many of the excellent qualities of a hotel
We are a small "dog friendly", family run hotel situated between the sea front, harbour and shops. We take great pride in providing you with a home from home environment where you are free to come and go as you please, where you can simply unwind and relax. Dogs are welcome, for a small charge and limited parking is available. We have a spacious lounge area with TV, video & DVD.
There is also a large games room with pool table and dart board, along with numerous board games. The cosy bar is adjacent to the games room where you will find draught beers and a variety of wines & spirits. All these areas have the added advantage of a view of Capstone Hill and the sea. In the dining room you will always find good, well prepared food and a choice of menu for the four course dinner. Special diets and vegetarians can be catered for, by prior arrangement.
The hotel has 8 bedrooms, comprising a mixture of single, double, family and twin rooms. All rooms are en-suite, having remote control colour televisions and also tea and coffee making facilities. Both ground floor and sea view rooms are available. Travel cots and baby listening equipment are all available at no extra charge.
We are open all year round, for holidays of any period.
If you are a single person, a couple, a family or even a group booking, then we can accommodate you.
HOW TO FIND US:
From junction 27 of the M5, take the A361 signposted to Barnstaple. Continue on the A361 all the way to Ilfracombe. On arrival in Ilfracombe you travel down St.Brannocks Road, along Church Street, through the traffic lights and onto High Street. Continue along the high street until you turn left into Fore Street, continue on through the no entry sign and we are set back on the left hand side.

Fore Street is a one way street, which ,by car, can only be accessed via the high street. Although it states 'no entry' it is no entry except for access, which you have if you are coming to the hotel.
