Excellent. Used to be a nursing home and would also be ideal if younger family members wished to bring an older relative.

We only stayed for one night. The room was a little old fashioned BUT it was very clean which I felt was more important. We were made very welcome as were our 3 dogs - a refreshing change. We had a G/F room with direct access to the rear court yard garden which was great for us and our dogs. Lovely breakfast and a charming host Edmund - a nice chap. I would be happy to stay again, with or without my dogs.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was not that great, but I did ask for a room that my sister, who has MS, could access easily. The breakfast was great.

The hotel was lovely and clean and the owners were so friendly and helpful. For breakfast there was a good selection including fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and cooked breakfast which was all presented beautifully.
