GYVES HOUSE is a victorian building circa 1900 that has been thoroughly modernised while maintaining many period features.All rooms have high ceilings and
many have original fireplaces.
We are a recently established guest house ideally located just 30m from the sea, while the town centre and pier are only 3mins walk putting us well within walking distance of all local ammenities. Eastbourne is well appointed with shops,theatres,bars
and restauraunts that cater for a wide variety of tastes and styles.Just check out our 'local attractions' page for a more in depth description of what is available.
