We were greeted on arrival by the owner and immediately felt at home. Both myself and my partner work in busy retail environments and were in need of some r+r and we found it here.A really comfortable room with en suite and television, wonderful service from our host and great food.We are so impressed we are going back next month to take in a show and would recommend this hotel to all our friends. If i was giving marks out of 10 this hotel would get full marks.Excellent!!!!

I wasn't expecting much of a good standard for the price of the room. I was absolutely wrong. My room was of a good standard and it was so clean. I'am a fussy person and usually find something wrong with the room, no matter how much it's cost. I would recommend staying here. I met two members of staff on my short stay, and both were equally as pleasant and friendly. I would definately stay here again.

Very welcoming, warm, comfortable, exactly what a weary traveler like myself needed on a snowy night. The welcoming was friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B in Blackpool.

Fantastic stay, Warm, cosy, Friendly, Queit, Good location. Defo recommend!!! We stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days. Hotel was a good location, left car parked outside the b and b but lucky there was one there as all other roads around the area are permit holders only. 2 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to north pier and tower. 25 min walk to pleasure beach. Hotel was very warm, cosy, good breakfast, friendly staff, and quiet. Would defiently come back to this b and b and would recommend it to other people. Thankyou!! The staff were extremly friendly, the beds were extremly comfy, the showers had good pressure and was hot. Tidy and clean rooms, breakfast was nice, wifi was fast and free. Good location.

A very nice break. Very clean, helpful staff, made my breakfast a wee bit early for me on my last day as I had a train to catch, if I had breakfast at the normal time, I would have missed my train.
