Situated in a quite cul-de-sac within the oldest Edinburgh district of Newington, our guest house is on a main bus route into town.Within walking distance to Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace,we provide a quite yet central location.This 4 star guest house has been refurbished to a high standard for the comfortof our guests whilst still maintaining many traditional features.

We have a range of rooms available including single, double,and twin rooms,witha family roomsleeping 3 to 4 persons.There are 2 en-suite ground floor rooms available.
Each room is equipped with freeview TV,hairdryers and complimentary tea/coffee facilities.Our rooms have been designed to to offer clean comfortable accomadation whilst retaining the original Victorian feel to the property.
Most rooms enjoy a veiw or our well maintained garden.

Wireless internet is available in the entire guest house and is free of charge.

Parking is available for 4 cars and there is also free on street parking close by.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled up to 5 days before arrival you will charged for the first evening of the reservation.
If cancelled up to 2 days or no show , the total price of the reservation will be charged.
