A Brighton Bed and Breakfast, period townhouse offering fantastic sea views across one of Brighton's finest squares, in the centre of town. The atmosphere is informal and friendly, and the lounge has newspapers, books, games and a 50's jukebox.
The sea-view rooms are spacious and splendid - yet warm and welcoming. Our standard rooms are pretty good too. All rooms are lovely and clean, en-suite, and with tea and coffee making facilities.
Please note rates exclude breakfast.

Children and pets We welcome children of all ages and a travel cot is available for no charge. We don’t cater for pets, much though we love them; assistance dogs are the exception.
