The Gainsborough Hotel is under New Management and Heather & David Evans welcome you to the 1 star Gainsborough Hotel which is now open all year round. The Gainsborough is an early Victorian Town House situated on the seafront yet very close to the town center and all the amenities. We have a reputation for offering traditional small hotel value, cleanliness, comfort, good food and personal service, together with up to date facilities.
With out of season, weekend and mid-week breaks available from October to March, attractive discounts are offered for two or more nights B&B per person. Evening meals by arrangement.
Should you decide to come to us, whether for business or pleasure, for one night or for your complete holiday, you will be assured of a warm welcome from Heather, David and friendly staff.
Most of our bedrooms have sea views.
We have an attractive lounge with television and licensed bar adjoining the south facing dining room which is light and airy and has commanding view of the English Channel. English, continental and vegetarian breakfasts are served each morning in addition to which, breakfast in bed is available for a small supplement.
