Suggest you instal a handrail in the family room if using for disabled and a higher toilet would be appreciated as I had to assist my mother off the toilet as there were no handrails for disabled. If you are going to advertise these rooms as suitable for disabled.

Although a little expensive you were greeted with a friendly warm smile. The room was lovely and as a single person I had a huge bed. breakfast was enormous and well worth a wee wait. Fantastic views. The guesthouse is well hidden and parking, although available, is hit and miss. All in all a comfortable guesthouse, brillant breakfast in the conservatory that has fantastic views.
