Findron Farm, Ballindalloch

Findron Farmhouse Cottage is on a working farm one mile from the village of Tomintoul, the highest village in the Highlands, on the famous A939 Lecht road, and proves to be an ideal centre from which to tour amid glorious scenery.

We offer one double room with en-suite facilities and one twin room with a private bathroom. Both rooms have colour televisions, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities. The house is centrally-heated throughout. We guarantee a high standard of accommodation and a warm welcome awaits you.

The surrounding area has an unrivalled choice of activities and pursuits all year round amid some of the most beautiful scenery to be found anywhere. An ideal base for touring by car; the area is steeped in history with Castles, Gardens and Stately Homes, as well as the famous Whisky Trail. We have a mixed arable farm growing barley and silage to feed our herd of approximately 60 suckler cows.The famous Glenlivet and Glenfiddich distilleries are both situated nearby, offering tours and a chance to sample their finest whiskies. There are many golf courses in the area, some nine and some eighteen holes all reasonably priced.
