Fairlight Lodge
Fairlight Lodge is a Victorian home which retains much of its old charm whilst offering all the comfort of modern facilities. Our emphasis is on friendliness and a relaxed atmosphere, so whether you choose to explore the local attractions and stunning coastline, or just relax in the attractive private garden, we will do our utmost to make your stay a memorable experience.

Our extensive breakfast menu caters for all tastes, and is served fresh to order. We supply home-made biscuits in all rooms, and during the summer, why not enjoy a cream tea on the terrace.

Fairlight Lodge is within easy walking distance of the historic town, railway and bus stations, and offers off-road parking and secure storage for bicycles. Our home is non-smoking throughout for your comfort, with most of the ground-floor en-suite rooms overlooking the attractive gardens.

From A17/A10/A47 Hardwick roundabout, take signs to King’s Lynn. At the Southgates Roundabout, take the fourth exit signposted to Gaywood and the College of West Anglia. Go straight across a mini roundabout into second half of Goodwins Road., Fairlight Lodge is on your left before the Exton Road crossroads.

This was my third week in Kings Lynn and my third hotel but it was the best. Very friendly and welcoming, room was immaculate and very comfortable. i would highly recommend this lovely place.

Lovely couple welcomed me to this charming B & B, one of, possibly the best I've had the pleasure of visiting!. Immaculate twin room en-suite overlooking a lovely garden & comfortable beds followed by a superb breakfast for £39 ! Unbeatable value I cannot recommend highly enough.

We were made very welcome by host. Rooms were clean and the shower was very clean and good size and powerful. Would have liked bottled water in room, but other than that food at breakfast was very well cooked with a good variety of choices.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Fairlight Lodge. The bedroom and facilities were excellent. The breakfast was just right and the service throughout was spot on. The garden was also a delight and a lovely place to relax after a busy day. Should we visit Kings Lynn again Fairlight Lodge would certainly see a return visit!

I assumed all the rooms would be en-suite - ours wasn't and my husband often gets goes to the bathroom in the night. Apart from that, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I have had - high quality food, cooked and presented beautifully. The price was very reasonable too. Overall, a great success.
