Ewich House
Ewich House is a guest house offering bed and breakfast accommodation in Strathfillan, a beautiful bit accessible part of the Scottish Highlands that sits within the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. Situated halfway between Crianlarich and Tyndrum, we are just off the A82 with the nearest train stations at Crianlarich and Tyndrum.

The area is perfect if you enjoy hiking, munro bagging, mountain biking and golfing. If you prefer something a little more relaxing then you can simply sit and enjoy the stunning views from the house and gardens which are open for your use all day.

We have 2 double, 2 twins and 2 single rooms all of which are en-suite and beautifully decorated throughout. All rooms are equipped with TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and an excellent selection of toiletries. There is also a separate bath available for those needing to soak tired, aching limbs!

Downstairs you will find the guest lounge which is cosy and welcoming with the comfiest sofa’s to curl up on in front of the roaring log fire. It also has plenty of books, board games, DVD’s, CD’s, full package sky TV and even a Playstation 2 for your use.

As well as the fantastic breakfast we also provide home cooked dinners in which we use the best local fruit, veg and meat. Booking ahead for dinner is essential though as everything is prepared fresh to order on the day so a little warning is very much appreciated!

So if you need a place to stay that feels just like home with modern rooms, fantastic views, delicious food and a warm friendly welcome then Ewich is for you.

We stayed at Ewich house on our way home from Harris. We decided to extend our stay from one night to two and were very glad we did. We were given an excellent welcome by Debs and Ian. The house was comfortable and well appointed.

We were very comfortable and were exceedingly happy with the service and welcome. I would point out that there were four of us (two couples). The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent - we didn't need any lunch. The hospitality was second to non and we would certainly stay there again if we were in the area.

Very nice accommodation; well thought out package and the best Scottish breakfast I've had in a long time - probably down to the carefully thought out menu and sourced ingredients. Highly recommended!!
