Esplanade Hotel
Situated alongside the town walls and overlooking South Beach, this 4 Star Guest House has magnificent views across Carmarthen Bay towards the islands of Caldy and St Catherines, and on a clear day, the north Devon coast. Access to the beautifully sandy South Beach is directly in front of the hotel. Run by proprietors Peter and Julie Andrasko and with the help of their staff, they take great pride and care in looking after their guests, a warm welcome is always assured.

Several of the bedrooms enjoy fantastic sea views including our premier four poster rooms, which also have spa baths. We also have a number of family rooms with balconies. We have a selection of rooms with or without sea views.

The hotel has a fully licensed bar and a quiet reading lounge in which to relax.

The owners at the Esplanade are very friendly, helpful and understanding towards dogs. The morning staff are lovely and the breakfast was delicious. We were placed in a top room on the third floor due to our dog being with the family. The room itself looked a little dated, but it did the job and the only issue being that that high was the noise from the seagulls in the early morning! We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again at the same Hotel if the occasion arises. The only down side was the unloading of the car. We had to park on double yellow lines in traffic to get near the Hotel, but once unloaded, we were able to park locally in a designated car park for £11 for the entire long weekend.
